Solutions Architect

Job Summary

The Solutions Architect at NTT DATA in Riyadh is responsible for designing comprehensive cloud, data, AI, and Generative AI solutions that meet complex business and technical needs while adhering to best practices in architecture, security, performance, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures covering cloud infrastructure, networking, security, applications, data platforms, DevOps, and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand objectives, conduct workshops, and evaluate architectural options.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and technology roadmaps.
• Lead presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, Proofs of Concept, technical presentations, and client discussions.
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Security, Data, and Cloud Operations teams to guide solution implementation and integration.
• Contribute to cloud migration, modernization programs, digital transformation, cloud-native adoption, and AI/Generative AI projects.
• Develop reusable architectures, service offerings, accelerators, and best practices while mentoring team members.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven skills in designing scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient enterprise solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architectures, including the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, IAM, integration, observability, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, translating business needs into technical architectures.
• Experience with enterprise cloud migration, modernization, application transformation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong consulting and business process skills to analyze client requirements and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Extensive presales experience including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, SOWs, estimations, presentations, workshops, and client pitches.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong software development and systems integration knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Understanding of cloud economics, TCO, cost optimization, and ROI balancing technical and commercial factors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with enterprise and government clients in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Preferred AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
