Full Stack Engineer (AI-first)

Job Summary

This role at Pixaera involves developing and improving the self-serve trial experience, handling the full stack from UI to deployment, and ensuring customers derive value without sales interaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the trial and onboarding process end to end, including UI, API, data, and deployment.
• Take ownership of key metrics such as trial-to-paid conversion and deliver weekly improvements in collaboration with marketing and delivery teams.
• Contribute code across the entire codebase through standard pull requests, covering both frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance their use of AI tools through pairing.

Requirements

• Use AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor daily as part of your development workflow and demonstrate this in the interview.
• Have independently shipped production features involving frontend, APIs, and relational databases.
• Have owned a user journey or metric rather than only handling individual tickets.
• Ship small, frequent updates and understand critical areas such as authentication, permissions, and data handling.
