Senior Solution Analyst – Banking

Job Summary

The Senior Solution Analyst will work within a banking IT delivery setting to convert business requirements into detailed functional and technical documents, supporting solution design, integration, and testing with thorough documentation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through sessions with business stakeholders
• Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and decompose them into solution elements
• Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications, including SRDs
• Assist in preparing and validating Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
• Engage with APIs, integrations, and architecture to develop and verify solutions
• Maintain alignment with payment systems and core banking platform domains
• Support solution design, integration, and testing phases with clear documentation
• Collaborate with business, architecture, development, and QA teams to ensure business-IT alignment

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in solution or business analysis within the banking domain
• Experience analyzing BRDs and producing BRD/SRD and functional specifications
• Practical experience with Low-Level Design (LLD) and development environments
• Preferred experience working in the banking sector of KSA
• Strong knowledge of payment systems and core banking platforms
• Understanding of banking business portfolios, product structures, and regulatory frameworks
• Technical skills in APIs, system integrations, and architecture
• Ability to support integration and testing phases
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, functional analysis, communication, and stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
