Sr. Analyst, IT SAP MM/WM

Job Summary

This role involves designing, customizing, and supporting SAP MM and WM solutions by gathering business requirements and ensuring alignment with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements.
• Analyze and map business needs to develop solution modifications.
• Design, configure, customize, and test SAP MM and WM modules.
• Identify gaps and create workaround solutions.
• Serve as a liaison for troubleshooting and resolving SAP issues.
• Manage SAP changes and emergency transports for critical issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Provide training and support to end users as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with ERP solutions, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full cycle ERP implementation and end user support.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and warehousing processes.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented approach.
• Proficient verbal and written English skills.
