Job Summary

The Senior Manager in Data & AI Consulting at EY leads large-scale Data and AI transformation projects in Saudi Arabia, combining consulting expertise with business development to deliver strategic client impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI consulting projects across the Saudi market with strategic oversight.
• Manage and expand client relationships focusing on revenue and pipeline growth.
• Drive business development including account planning, proposal leadership, and deal closure.
• Advise senior clients on Data and AI operating models, use cases, and transformation strategies.
• Oversee delivery of complex multi-workstream Data & AI programs ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Apply practical knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and AI in client engagements.
• Collaborate with regional and global EY teams to leverage firm capabilities for clients.
• Mentor senior managers and managers to support leadership and practice development.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of professional experience mainly in management or technology consulting.
• 6–10 years of leadership experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in reputable consulting firms; Big 4 experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven track record in leading and growing Data & AI consulting practices or portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Data and AI from business and functional perspectives with hands-on consulting experience.
• Established local market presence with senior executive client relationships.
• Business development skills with an active pipeline and successful deal conversions.
• Commercial acumen including pricing, contracting, and margin management.
• Effective executive communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to integrate strategy, technology, and business outcomes in consulting.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred but not required.
