Product Manager

Job Summary

The Product Manager at SorsX will lead key product areas, collaborating with multiple teams to develop and enhance AI-powered recruiting solutions in a dynamic startup setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap considering customer needs, business objectives, data, and market trends.
• Perform customer and market research to uncover pain points and opportunities for new features.
• Convert customer and business needs into detailed product requirements and tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and engineering to create user-friendly product experiences.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration.
• Set success metrics and analyze user behavior to inform product decisions.
• Collect feedback from customers and internal teams to drive product enhancements.
• Coordinate product releases and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Must haves

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a tech startup or fast-growing SaaS company.
• Proven experience with SaaS products through development, launch, and iteration phases.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and balancing competing priorities.
• Collaboration experience with engineering and UX/UI teams.
• Strong knowledge of agile development and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate customer issues into clear product requirements and solutions.

Nice to haves

• Experience with AI-powered or automation-focused products.
• Background in HR tech, recruiting technology, or ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI agents, LLM-powered products, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
