Manager – Senior Manager | AI & Data | KSA – UAE

Job Summary

The Senior Manager – AI & Data leads the design and delivery of complex AI and GenAI solutions across sectors, managing solution architecture, product design, and full project delivery from problem framing to deployment and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of AI and GenAI applications including LLM-based apps, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines.
• Translate business challenges into deployable AI architectures covering data ingestion, model selection, integration, and security.
• Define and manage AI product roadmaps, including use case prioritization, MVP development, and success metrics.
• Guide build vs. buy decisions for AI models, platforms, and accelerators ensuring solutions are production-ready.
• Lead full AI project lifecycle: discovery, data readiness, model development, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Establish delivery patterns for model lifecycle management, quality assurance, and operational monitoring.
• Collaborate with client technology teams for solution handover and long-term operability, managing change and risks.
• Engage with clients to explain technical decisions and act as senior technical authority on AI projects.

Requirements

• 9–14+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI roles with direct delivery responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, generative AI, LLM architectures, and data engineering for AI.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade AI solutions beyond prototypes and POCs.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and model evaluation.
• Understanding of AI governance, model risk, and responsible AI principles.
• Client-facing consulting experience with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with at least one hyperscaler cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) and designing scalable, secure AI architectures is desirable.
