Job Summary

The Manager – Digital, Data & AI at Inverto Riyadh leads the implementation of digital and AI solutions in procurement and supply chain projects, driving measurable client value and shaping strategic directions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and AI projects focused on procurement and supply chain, including data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI applications.
  • Engage with senior digital, IT, and business leaders by preparing and leading meetings, workshops, and steering committees to translate data and AI concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • Design and execute analytical solutions such as data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools, synthesizing insights from complex datasets to support transformation initiatives.
  • Drive the development of new digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions, incorporating emerging technologies like GenAI and automation.
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, client pitches, and opportunity assessments, leveraging expertise in data, analytics, and AI.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, lead project teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across engagements.
  • Develop and maintain internal knowledge assets including tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices to enhance the firm’s data and AI capabilities.
  • Support the Data, Analytics & AI community by participating in recruitment, capability building, training, and practice growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of professional experience in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting with a strong record of client-facing project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership in client engagements, team management, and project outcome delivery in data and analytics contexts.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and transformation tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python for analytics, automation, or AI workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems.
  • Practical knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies including LLMs, APIs, retrieval-based systems, or workflow orchestration tools and their business applications.
  • Ability to translate complex procurement and supply chain business problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business audiences.
  • Results-driven with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach.
  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel according to client and project needs, sometimes significantly.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset with passion for innovation and team development.
  • Consulting mindset including independence, structured thinking, clear communication, and confidence to influence clients and stakeholders.
