Application Service Manager

Job Summary

The Application Service Manager at SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) in Riyadh is responsible for managing strategic customer engagements across the full lifecycle, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. This role acts as a central point of ownership and collaborates with various teams to support business growth and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CAS customer engagements including budget, quality, and stakeholder communication throughout transition, stabilization, operations, and offboarding phases.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and adoption for customers.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, handling escalation resolution with confidence.
• Work closely with SAP account teams, delivery teams, and partners to provide a seamless CAS experience.
• Promote upsell opportunities and contribute to the growth of the CAS service portfolio.
• Coordinate communication across all organizational levels, from technical teams to C-level executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in customer account management, managed services, or relationship management.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area such as S/4HANA – FI/MM, SuccessFactors, or BTP.
• At least 4 years leading global or cross-functional teams in a project management role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP portfolio and cloud services landscape.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects and/or managed services environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive levels.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage complexity.
• Business fluency in English and Arabic is required.
