Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical executive leadership experience.
- Strong background in software development and architecture, with experience in designing scalable and secure platforms.
- Proven skills in IT strategy and product development, including defining technology roadmaps.
- Experience in project management, leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams with inclusive leadership.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, capable of translating technical topics into business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
