Mobile Development Expert

Job Summary

This role involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using Flutter for iOS, Android, and other platforms. The expert will also provide technical leadership, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile app development using the Flutter framework across multiple platforms.
• Define and manage mobile app architecture applying patterns like MVVM or MVC.
• Write clean and efficient Dart code and implement thorough testing practices.
• Guide state management approaches using Provider, BLoC, or MobX.
• Promote best practices in performance, code reuse, and user experience design.
• Oversee API integration with backend systems via RESTful or GraphQL.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and QA teams for release planning and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in mobile application development (iOS or Android).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter framework.
• Experience developing Mini Apps within super-app ecosystems like WeChat, Alipay, or Zalo.
• Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
• Proficiency in Git workflows including branching, code reviews, and release management.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex application issues.
• Ability to collaborate on UI/UX design implementation using Flutter widgets or custom components.
• Expertise in performance optimization including memory management and network handling.
