Manager – BCG Vantage, Implementation (Transformation)

Job Summary

The Manager – BCG Vantage on the Client Focus path works on implementation projects within BCG’s Transform Practice Area, delivering value through expertise and knowledge assets. The role involves supporting clients onsite, contributing to cases, proposals, and driving transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead key modules in implementation projects and transformation programs to execute strategies aligned with goals.
• Apply structured analytical thinking and business transformation principles to solve problems.
• Support organizational design strategies and target operating models including processes, governance, roles, and performance management.
• Manage disciplined execution of program components such as initiative prioritization, business case development, and value tracking.
• Analyze opportunities for process improvements based on business and financial impact.
• Communicate confidently with case teams and client members.
• Ensure high-quality and efficient execution of project components.
• Drive process enhancements, support change management, embed new working methods, and enable capability uplift through upskilling during implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation roles preferred.
• Alternatively, minimum 4 years industry experience required; 6-10+ years strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into practical actions.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
