Senior ERP Management Consultant (Odoo / Zoho)

Job Summary

The Senior ERP Management Consultant (Odoo / Zoho) at Rime leads the digital transformation and migration of inventory and billing systems into integrated cloud ERP platforms, ensuring compliance with Saudi ZATCA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess current inventory and billing systems to recommend the optimal ERP platform (Odoo or Zoho).
• Plan and manage data migration and system integration with no operational downtime.
• Develop financial models projecting costs, revenues, expenses, and ROI for implementations.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing and tax regulations.
• Manage project risks, set milestones, and conduct system testing prior to launch.

Requirements

• Based in Saudi Arabia, working part-time or as a freelancer.
• Fluent in Arabic (strongly preferred) and professionally proficient in English.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo and Zoho ERP platforms.
• Strong background in inventory management, billing systems, and accounting system migrations.
• Ability to build financial models, project revenues and expenses, and calculate ROI.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing requirements and tax regulations.
