Job Summary

This role supports cloud engineering projects by collaborating with team members to implement, maintain, and optimize cloud solutions, while assisting junior staff and staying current with cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud engineering projects and initiatives to ensure their success.
• Work closely with team members to implement and maintain cloud solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing the performance of cloud services.
• Document and share technical findings and best practices.
• Contribute to efforts for cloud cost analysis and optimization.
• Participate in designing and executing cloud-related tests and experiments.
• Provide technical support and learning assistance to junior team members.
• Keep updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
• Basic coding and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and best practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
• Relevant cloud certifications and experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure are a plus.
