Data Enablement & Platforms Analyst

Job Summary

The Data Enablement & Platforms Analyst supports the operation and maintenance of cost allocation systems, collaborating with IT and costing design teams to ensure system requirements and updates are met. The role involves conducting cost allocation cycles and supporting data availability for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring cost allocation systems are functional and suitable for the cost allocation process, coordinating with IT teams including system hardware and storage.
• Collaborate with the costing design team to define system requirements and change requests reflecting allocation model updates.
• Coordinate with corporate IT to implement and quality-test changes and updates to allocation logic.
• Maintain historical logs and documentation of system change requests for audit and traceability purposes.
• Support the process of loading updated inputs into the system alongside the data acquisition team.
• Conduct regular cost allocation cycles ensuring delivery aligns with publication timelines.
• Ensure output data from costing processes is accessible for reporting and analysis across various platforms such as staging databases and flat files.
• Coordinate with corporate IT teams to maintain data security and adhere to internal security practices.

Requirements

• 0 – 2 years of experience.
• Experience in Data Enablement & Platforms, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
