Job Summary

This role involves supporting and delivering AI-enabled enterprise solutions transformation programs, focusing on ERP and related systems, for major clients in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs including ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, Planning, and Manufacturing, covering strategy, business process definition, architecture design, solution selection, and implementation governance.
• Design and implement AI-enabled ERP use cases such as AI-accelerated test generation, data migration, documentation, and autonomous agents in financial and procurement processes within governance frameworks.
• Apply best practices from business requirements to solution implementation to reduce customizations and maintenance costs.
• Contribute expertise to the Enterprise Solutions chapter by engaging in conferences, researching new technologies including GenAI and agentic AI, and authoring articles.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with strong academic performance preferred.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in enterprise solutions transformation programs in CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred; candidates with 2 years considered.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.
• Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (e.g., SAP IS-OIL), add-ons (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM), analytical tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom), and AI-enabled ERP capabilities (e.g., SAP Joule and Business AI, S/4HANA embedded AI, agentic workflows on SAP BTP).
• Practical experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, including validating outputs and interest in applying agentic AI to ERP processes.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, presentation skills, intellectual agility, stakeholder alignment ability, analytical and conceptual thinking, client focus, and results orientation.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region to client sites.
