Product Manager

Job Summary

The Product Manager at Zetta Global leads product discovery, prototyping, prioritization, and delivery for enterprise technology products. This role involves direct customer interaction and collaboration with multiple teams to create AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions to identify core business problems behind feature requests.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product opportunities, requirements, and priorities.
• Create and iterate working prototypes, interactive concepts, and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted tools.
• Present prototypes to customers, collect feedback, and refine solutions before engineering development.
• Maintain product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Define user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Data, and other teams on feasibility, automation, analytics, and integrations.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption, and validate functionality against business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management with ownership of complex software products.
• Experience with B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or operational technology products.
• Proven track record of taking products from discovery through production.
• Experience leading customer discovery sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Ability to build working prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, product documentation, and backlog management.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise software concepts.
• Hands-on use of AI in daily product management tasks.
• Fluent professional English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and technical teams.

Nice to haves

• Experience with AI-enabled or agentic products and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Background in enterprise integrations, workflow automation, data platforms, and analytics.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, healthcare, or operational technology domains.
• Familiarity with SaaS, multi-tenant platforms, security, privacy, data governance, or regulated environments.
• Experience working with international or distributed customer teams.
