Job Summary

The Strategy Consultant at Accenture Middle East in Riyadh supports clients in solving complex operational, engineering, and transformation challenges within Supply Chain & Engineering. The role involves leading project workstreams, conducting analysis, and developing recommendations to enhance business and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and oversee related analyses, activities, and deliverables.
• Address complex business and operational issues using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Create strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Utilize digital technologies, AI, analytics, and engineering solutions to boost performance.
• Assist in implementation by defining initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to business growth through client engagement and practice development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in consulting or industry related to Supply Chain & Engineering capability areas.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience preparing presentations, analyses, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to collaborate across business, operational, technical, and engineering teams.
• Interest in the intersection of business, operations, engineering, and technology.
• Commercial mindset with willingness to support proposals and client development.
