Job Summary

The SailPoint Consultant will independently lead and execute implementation projects of SailPoint Identity Governance solutions, working closely with clients to design, configure, and deploy these systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow solutions according to business needs.
• Lead or participate in full lifecycle SailPoint projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Manage identity lifecycle, access certifications, provisioning, workflows, policies, and role configurations.
• Create and tailor SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and integrations.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, Active Directory, databases, HR systems, and other identity sources.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint implementations and integrations.
• Contribute to solution design and produce technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure successful deployment and post-production support.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Governance.
• Proven hands-on experience in SailPoint implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
• Expertise in SailPoint configuration, customization, workflows, rules, policies, certifications, and provisioning.
• Experience with SailPoint connectors and application integrations.
• Understanding of IAM, IGA, Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, and Access Governance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred knowledge of Java, SQL, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Experience with enterprise-level IAM/IGA implementations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
