SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Senior Consultant

Job Summary

The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Senior Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions aligned with client HR processes and business goals. This full-time role is based on-site in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Perform testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and resolve defects.
• Support data migration activities related to SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations.
• Prepare project documentation and guide junior consultants.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Provide post-go-live support and recommend continuous improvements.
• Ensure delivery of compliant and scalable EC solutions.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, and data models.
• Experience with HR processes such as employee life cycle management, organizational management, time and attendance, and master data management.
• Skills in requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and testing (unit, integration, UAT).
• Good understanding of integration concepts between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP or other HR systems (APIs, middleware, data interfaces).
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and collaboration with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and reusable solution assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, or related field; SAP/SuccessFactors certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in consulting environments and leading or supporting end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Fluency in English; Arabic skills are beneficial for local stakeholder engagement.
