Job Summary
The Monitoring & Evaluation Expert will provide technical assistance for monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management related to the EU-funded Egypt Downtown Facility project, supporting bilateral cooperation priorities between the EU and Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Support technical assistance assignments in monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management.
- Develop results frameworks, indicators, and monitoring tools.
- Conduct evaluations, impact assessments, and performance reviews.
- Contribute to enhancing the effectiveness and visibility of the EU-Egypt Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in economics, statistics, development studies, public policy, social sciences, or a related field.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Arabic language skills are desirable.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management systems.
- Experience developing indicators, baselines, targets, results frameworks, and monitoring tools.
- Experience conducting evaluations, impact assessments, or performance reviews.
- Experience providing training and capacity building sessions is desired.
- Experience with EU-funded programmes is an asset.
