AI Native Software Engineer Senior Analyst

Job Summary

This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-native, cloud-based agentic systems for enterprise clients. The engineer partners with stakeholders to create scalable, operational AI workflows and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI agents with features like retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, and lifecycle monitoring.
• Build resilient and maintainable agentic workflows that support rapid iteration.
• Develop abstraction layers for AI providers such as Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI to enable multi-provider integration.
• Contribute to reusable libraries, SDKs, and engineering patterns for client use.
• Use containerization, microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability tools to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of services in production environments.
• Customize and deploy agentic applications across various industries, collaborating with client subject matter experts to translate business workflows.
• Lead or participate in design workshops, proofs of concept, and collaborative coding sessions to build trust and adoption with clients.

Must haves

• Proven engineering experience with cloud-native systems including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic solutions such as agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, and workflow automation in production or near-production.
• Experience with AI platforms like OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source models, including building abstraction layers for multi-provider AI pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or equivalent, with experience in 12-factor applications and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
• Effective client-facing communication and collaboration skills, including leading technical discussions and workshops in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to haves

• Relevant AI certifications or experience with agentic tooling.
• Experience as an Agentic / AI Engineer in enterprise settings.
• Built multi-agent orchestrations using tools like Lang-graph, Crew AI, Claude SDK, or OpenAI SDK.
• Maintained a GitHub repository with created agents or plugins.
