IAM Analyst- Saudi Nationals

Job Summary

This role involves collaborating with clients to design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, focusing on identity lifecycle management, access control, and compliance within various IAM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to collect and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Develop policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity and access management, including lifecycle management, access requests, and permission audits.
• Assess clients’ current IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist clients in creating IAM strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Define technical and business requirements for IAM solutions and advise on tailored feature implementations.
• Serve as a liaison between the IAM team and business stakeholders, managing requirements and communicating the IAM roadmap.
• Oversee deployment, rollout, and transition of new IAM platform features and versions.
• Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with client business processes and security policies.

Requirements

• Familiarity with IAM systems such as Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, ADFS, MDM Intune, and Office 365.
• Experience with IAM platforms including SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell, and directory services like LDAP and AD.
• Knowledge of Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365.
• Preferred certifications include SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate, BeyondTrust PAM/EPM and PRA Remote, and OCJP/SCJP.
• Understanding of RBAC and Role Engineering.
• Prior consulting experience and strong customer-facing skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong multitasking capabilities in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
