Security Delivery Consultant

Job Summary

This role involves shaping and delivering security solutions for enterprise clients, covering all phases from requirements definition to design, build, and testing. It requires subject matter expertise and leadership across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Translate security requirements into practical, well-designed security components and solutions.
• Lead and assist in designing, building, and testing security deliverables in client projects.
• Develop security strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Perform assessments to find security vulnerabilities and suggest remediation actions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to embed security measures across people, processes, and technology.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing and training to improve team security capabilities.
• Participate in key decisions across teams to address delivery challenges.
• Keep updated on security trends, technologies, and threats to enhance delivery quality.

Must haves

• Expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) planning including design, implementation, and operationalization.
• Advanced experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
• Ability to define security requirements and deliver solutions in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with decision ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communication skills for technical and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Nice to haves

• Experience in delivering managed security services or SOC transformation programs.
• Familiarity with SOAR platforms and security automation.
• Exposure to cloud security delivery on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or equivalent.
