Job Summary
The Oracle HR Techno-Functional Consultant will leverage expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS to analyze business needs, configure solutions, develop integrations and reports, and support HR digital transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HRMS solutions.
- Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, business users, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and create functional and technical design documentation.
- Develop and manage reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.
- Design and support integrations between Oracle HR applications and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues promptly.
- Support testing phases, deployment, and post-production activities including documentation preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience with Oracle HR applications.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Participation in at least one full implementation or major enhancement project.
- Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Effective communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities.
- Capability to work independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
