Job Summary
The Biomedical Field Service Engineer will provide technical support for medical devices by handling installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service across healthcare facilities in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and configure medical equipment at client locations.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance following company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Identify and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Respond to customer requests and deliver on-site technical assistance.
- Document service activities accurately and keep maintenance records updated.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service completion.
- Offer basic operational instructions to end users as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Open to Saudi nationals only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related engineering field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in medical device field service or maintenance.
- Preferred hands-on experience with installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of medical equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
