Senior Backend Developer .NET

Job Summary

BlackStone eIT seeks a Senior Backend Developer to architect and deliver high-quality backend solutions using .Net technologies. You will work with product management and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, efficient services.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable backend systems using .Net frameworks
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and interpret technical requirements
• Ensure best practices in coding, application design, and development processes are followed
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to team members
• Identify and resolve complex backend issues and performance bottlenecks
• Evaluate and implement improvements to existing codebases, architecture, and processes
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovative solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience with .Net technologies
• Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role
• Strong proficiency in .Net Core and C#
• Experience with API design and development
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies
• Understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
