Conduct applied research into AI agent architectures, workflow automation, and human-AI collaboration patterns. Publish findings through the STEADYWRK AI Lab, contribute to internal benchmarks, and shape the research agenda for the Academy.

Requirements
- Background in AI, machine learning, or cognitive systems research
- Strong writing and analytical skills in English
- Experience with experimental design and benchmarking
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks preferred
