Job Summary
Master Works is hiring an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that address real-world business challenges. The role involves building end-to-end AI pipelines and integrating solutions into existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and big data analytics
- Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines from data collection and preprocessing through model training and deployment
- Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced techniques to deliver actionable insights
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems to improve efficiency and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide and train members in AI-related areas
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
- Monitor and evaluate AI model performance to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with AI tools including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Strong Python programming skills
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms
- Ability to work with and analyze big data
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git version control, and software engineering best practices
- Experience with MLOps, containerization, and deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with large language models, generative AI, or prompt engineering
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles
