Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Summary

Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. Work with operations departments to design and implement process improvements while providing analytics-driven reports to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements including automation of manual processes and infrastructure optimization.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions for the organization.
• Analyze complex data sets and present trends to stakeholders.
• Provide reports through business intelligence applications to improve business processes.
• Identify data quality issues and report deficiencies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, requirements, and user manuals.
• Support MRO maintenance and engineering systems development with proper execution of operational plans.
• Collaborate with team members on data collection and executing the MRO’s mission.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of related industry experience in engineering, supply chain, or production planning, preferably within an aviation environment.
• Knowledge of data analytics techniques and tools, including Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, Python, and SQL.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Strong time management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Accredited certificates in business intelligence (BI) are a plus.
