Job Summary

Join Deloitte’s HR Transformation and Oracle Practice in Amman as an HR professional responsible for delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to clients. You will contribute to business development, pre-sales activities, and implementation projects while working closely with client stakeholders to design and execute HR transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses and client presentations by understanding requirements and designing solutions based on Oracle HCM Cloud
• Conduct pre-sales activities showcasing Oracle HCM capabilities through analysis of client HR business processes and future design thinking
• Engage with stakeholders to understand client needs and address complex HR challenges
• Establish solution architecture and design HR strategies aligned to client business objectives
• Lead functional workstreams as a subject matter expert, managing team priorities, task allocation and quality of deliverables
• Support project management activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting quality standards
• Partner with client HR functional leads to ensure alignment of deliverables, outcomes and risk management
• Maintain composure during conflict and escalate issues to engagement leadership appropriately

Requirements

• 4 to 12 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, ideally including Oracle PeopleSoft and E-Business systems
• Experience in business development, pre-sales and delivery or implementation
• Background in consulting or internal HR function preferred
• Undergraduate degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or relevant field; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
• Certifications in PMP, CIPD, SHRM or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills with emphasis on teamwork
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
• Ability to coach and mentor others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office applications especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel, ability to work independently on multiple tasks in deadline-oriented environments, and willingness to travel
