CRM Dynamics Consultant

Job Summary

Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a real-estate leasing platform. Build integrations between Dynamics and external portals, develop automation workflows, and deliver reporting dashboards to support end-to-end leasing operations across inquiry, offer, contract, and renewal stages.

Responsibilities

• Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and business process flows for the leasing journey including inquiry capture, unit listing sync, offer/negotiation status, and lease sign-off
• Build and maintain the integration layer between the Portal and Dynamics to sync unit availability, agent assignment, inquiry routing, booking confirmations, and lease-status transitions
• Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom APIs to automate leasing-team notifications and approval steps
• Model and maintain account hierarchy for sub-accounts and company profiles within Dynamics
• Support renewal and termination workflows by ensuring Dynamics reflects and triggers portal-side notifications and settlement records
• Build reporting and dashboards in Dynamics or Power BI for leasing and community-management teams
• Manage security roles, field-level permissions, and data-privacy configuration within Dynamics
• Support UAT and provide production support during hypercare

Must haves

• 4+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales / Customer Engagement) development and configuration experience
• Strong command of Dynamics customization toolkit: plugins (C#), custom workflows, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics Web API / Common Data Service
• Experience integrating Dynamics with external web/portal applications via REST APIs or Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
• Solid understanding of real-estate/leasing domain or comparable long-sales-cycle CRM use case
• Experience with Power BI or Dynamics native reporting for operational dashboards
• Familiarity with Dynamics security model and data-privacy considerations for resident/tenant personal data

Nice to haves

• Working knowledge of e-signature and document-generation integrations within Dynamics (e.g., DocuSign for Dynamics)
• Microsoft certification (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, or PL-400)
