On-Site Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Serve as Imerza’s on-site representative in Saudi Arabia, acting as the primary liaison between clients and Imerza’s global delivery teams. Translate client needs into actionable direction and provide hands-on support for day-to-day Unreal Engine project needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Imerza on-site at the client location, translating client needs and requests into clear direction for delivery and production teams.
• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between client and Imerza, ensuring clear communication and fast turnaround on requests.
• Provide hands-on support for minor Unreal Engine needs, including opening levels, locating content and assets, and demonstrating project features.
• Guide clients through the Unreal Engine project, enabling them to navigate and present it with confidence.
• Capture, document, and prioritize client feedback and change requests, relaying them to production and delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot minor on-site technical issues and escalate complex items to appropriate Imerza teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand Imerza’s services by demonstrating additional capabilities to client stakeholders.

Must haves

• Working familiarity with game engines and hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, including opening and navigating levels, locating content, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in a client-facing producer, implementation, or technical support role.
• Ability to work independently on-site in Saudi Arabia while coordinating with remote teams across time zones.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail when capturing and relaying requirements.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Saudi Arabia (Riyadh region).

Nice to haves

• Arabic language proficiency.
• Background in architectural visualization, digital twins, or real-estate marketing.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine Blueprints, level design, or content pipelines.
