Job Summary
Lead Flutter mobile development for Aumet’s B2B pharmaceutical marketplace and Pharmacy Management System. You will define app architecture, drive performance optimization, and mentor engineers while delivering experiences for pharmacy owners and procurement teams across MENA.
Responsibilities
- Lead Flutter app architecture design for scale, testability, and maintainability
- Establish standards for state management, code structure, dependency injection, and code quality
- Optimize performance including smooth UX, fast startup times, and efficient rendering
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and trustworthy user experiences
- Integrate backend APIs, realtime data, and offline-first functionality
- Mentor engineers and elevate mobile engineering standards
- Enhance tooling, CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and release workflows
Must haves
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years shipping Flutter apps
- Proven track record owning mobile architecture end-to-end
- Strong Dart and Flutter fundamentals including lifecycle, rendering, state management (Bloc/Riverpod/Provider), and performance optimization
- Solid debugging skills using real tooling such as DevTools and profiling
- Strong product and UX sensibility with cross-functional collaboration ability
- iOS and Android integration experience when required
- Based in or able to work core hours aligned with Jordan or Egypt
Nice to haves
- B2B or marketplace experience in healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce
- Offline sync strategy experience
- Mobile CI/CD experience with tools like Fastlane, Codemagic, or GitHub Actions
- Prior mentoring or technical leadership experience
