Senior Dry Utilities Engineer

Job Summary

Lead the technical planning, design, and coordination of dry utilities systems including power, telecommunications, district cooling, ICT, and street lighting across complex development projects. Ensure utility networks are efficient, coordinated, and compliant with project requirements and authority standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and coordination of dry utilities systems including power, telecommunications, district cooling, ICT, and street lighting
• Develop utility masterplans and integrate them with wider infrastructure and master planning strategies
• Coordinate with authorities and service providers to obtain approvals and ensure compliance
• Review and manage design deliverables from consultants for quality, accuracy, and constructability
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and optimize utility routing
• Support project planning by aligning utility design with construction sequencing and phasing
• Identify and manage technical risks related to utilities design and implementation
• Provide guidance on industry best practices, standards, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in dry utilities design and coordination for major developments
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, telecom networks, and utility authority requirements
• Proven experience managing complex interfaces across multiple disciplines
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Professional certification or chartership preferred
