Job Summary

Lead enterprise Data Management capabilities by establishing and implementing data quality, data catalog, and master data management practices. Ensure reliability, consistency, discoverability, and governance of enterprise data assets while supporting business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise data management frameworks aligned with business and technology objectives, including standards, methodologies, and operating models.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards, controls, and monitoring mechanisms with defined metrics and performance indicators.
• Lead implementation and management of enterprise data catalog capabilities, ensuring proper capture and governance of business and technical metadata.
• Support implementation of data governance policies, standards, and controls aligned with regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Establish processes governing creation, maintenance, usage, retention, and disposal of enterprise data across the organization.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure data assets support operational and strategic objectives and enable analytics and decision-making.
• Act as subject matter expert in Data Management, Data Quality, Data Catalog, and Master Data Management practices, providing guidance to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data management standards, practices, and control mechanisms while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6 or more years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related domains.
• Professional certifications in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data, or related domains are preferred.
• Compliance with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Adherence to departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and safety, quality, and environmental management controls.
