Principal Strategist, Inspire Value

Job Summary

Lead custom digital transformation advisory engagements with executive clients in the region. Develop strategic roadmaps, create business cases, and provide thought leadership on AI integration and enterprise software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Engage executives to determine and manage custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements using ServiceNow methodologies
• Lead discovery workshops with customer leadership to understand goals and challenges
• Document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer objectives
• Create high-quality deliverables communicating strategic agreement, multi-year roadmaps, and business cases
• Work with sales and customer success teams to determine account plans and sales strategy for regional accounts
• Provide full lifecycle business outcome and value realization advice
• Identify and lead creation of new intellectual property including best practices, white papers, and workshops
• Enable ServiceNow teams on business consulting approaches to sales

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience as a Management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or as a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor
• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Experience developing C-Level relationships with ability to simplify and communicate complex topics
• Experience with public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding
• High level of executive presence with a humble demeanor
• Analytical and financial experience
• Deep customer connects in regions
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
• Executive or leadership experience working on digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments preferred
• Experience in a major industry such as FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, or Retail preferred
