Job Summary

Two Tamheer internship tracks for Saudi graduates: Business Applications focuses on supporting business systems, SAP, and Zoho with testing and documentation; AI Solutions Enablement involves developing AI use cases and supporting adoption of tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

Responsibilities

• Support business applications, system administration, and user support
• Assist with SAP, Zoho, and other business applications testing and troubleshooting
• Support business process improvement and automation initiatives
• Prepare system documentation, reports, and user guides
• Explore and develop practical AI solutions and business use cases
• Support employees in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
• Assist in building AI agents, workflows, and third-party integrations
• Support AI adoption, training, documentation, and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Saudi nationality required
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Fresh graduate or eligible for the Tamheer Program
• Strong interest in technology, business applications, AI, and automation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively
• Familiarity with Generative AI, AI tools, prompting, or automation (AI track)
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP (Business Applications track)
