Infrastructure Systems Operations Administrator

Job Summary

Join Orange Jordan as an Infrastructure Systems Operations Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining operating systems, virtualization platforms, and infrastructure services. Monitor production environments, deploy new clients, and ensure consistent service availability across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer operating systems including Windows, Redhat, Centos, Ubuntu, and Solaris, along with high availability and VMware virtualization environments
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in production environments to maintain service continuity
• Deploy new clients to existing infrastructure and ensure all services remain consistently available to business customers
• Perform proactive and preventive system upgrades on a timely basis to avoid potential failures
• Administer antivirus, EDR, and EPP solutions across the infrastructure
• Manage Windows Server updates and security patching to remediate vulnerabilities
• Develop and maintain documentation for operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical analyses
• Manage operations of DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Ansible at infrastructure layers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or MIS
• Fresh graduate with up to 2 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Redhat, Centos, Ubuntu, Solaris
• Good knowledge of hardware: DELL and HP
• Fundamental knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, and VPN
• Understanding of NFS, CIFS, FTP, SFTP, TELNET, and SSH concepts
• Experience with Active Directory management including user, group, computer, and organizational unit administration
• Ability to automate processes and write scripts in administrative languages such as Perl, Shell, or Ansible
• Good knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Ansible
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal abilities
