Job Summary

Support the development and enhancement of Qiddiya’s employee application while assisting in digitizing workplace services. Transform manual processes into user-friendly digital solutions using low-code and no-code technologies in collaboration with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, and continuous enhancement of the Qiddiya employee application with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams
• Assist in digitizing workplace services and converting manual processes into user-friendly digital solutions and workflows
• Support design and implementation of applications, forms, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code/no-code technologies
• Analyze operational data and business requirements to identify automation, process improvement, and employee experience opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions for workplace service delivery and performance tracking
• Assist with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems to enable connected workplace services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful digital initiative implementation
• Identify innovative technologies and digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in digital solutions, automation, application development, or technology-related roles
• Knowledge of or strong interest in app development, low-code/no-code platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint preferred
• Understanding of data management, system integration, and workflow automation concepts
• Ability to analyze data and convert business requirements into practical digital solutions
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Demonstrated learning agility with passion for innovation, technology, and continuous improvement
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with strong desire to enhance employee experience through digital solutions
