AI Product Manager

Job Summary

The AI Product Manager will lead the integration of AI solutions across various departments at Almadina Hearing, managing the process from identifying opportunities to implementation and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows across departments to identify problems, inefficiencies, and repetitive tasks.
• Engage with department heads to discover AI opportunities and translate them into product requirements.
• Develop AI strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives, prioritizing initiatives by impact and feasibility.
• Keep updated on AI advancements, especially in medical AI, and assess technology partnerships.
• Choose appropriate AI tools, conduct pilots, and oversee broader deployment.
• Integrate AI tools with company systems such as CRM and Odoo.
• Create automations, intelligent workflows, and department-specific prompts.
• Lead AI initiatives related to medical devices and services, including predictive maintenance and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in product management or business analysis, with at least 2 years on AI or automation projects.
• Experience in healthcare or medical devices is advantageous.
• Strong skills in business analysis and identifying improvement areas.
• Excellent communication skills with patience and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to extract explicit and tacit knowledge from experts via interviews and workshops.
• Systems-thinking approach to understand interactions within the organization.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning basics, and data quality.
• Experience with automation and integration tools like APIs, Zapier/Make, and Odoo.
