Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant

Job Summary

The Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant will lead and support a major implementation project in Saudi Arabia, focusing on solution design, configuration, and business process implementation within Primavera Unifier and PMIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather business requirements and engage stakeholders.
• Design and configure Primavera Unifier workflows, forms, and approval processes.
• Implement solutions covering cost, contract, procurement, change management, payments, and project controls.
• Develop functional designs, process flows, and documentation.
• Conduct workshops and presentations in Arabic and English.
• Collaborate with project teams, PMOs, business users, and senior management.
• Define and support integrations between Primavera Unifier and other enterprise applications.
• Support data migration including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience with strong expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Proven experience in Primavera Unifier implementations and PMIS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost management, contracts, procurement, and change management.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, web services, and data exchange.
• Hands-on experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience designing reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and consulting skills.
• Professional fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience working with Saudi government entities, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or large construction projects is preferred.
• Experience integrating Primavera Unifier with ERP and other enterprise systems is preferred.
• Oracle Primavera Unifier certifications are highly preferred.
