End to End Solution Architect (Telecom)

Job Summary

The End-to-End Solution Architect role focuses on designing and delivering comprehensive solutions across Telecom BSS, OSS, and digital layers, collaborating closely with delivery teams to implement these solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design complete solutions spanning CRM, Ordering, Billing, Charging, and Digital Channels.
• Define integration flows and interfaces between BSS, OSS, and digital systems.
• Create solution designs and impact assessments for new business needs and system modifications.
• Ensure solutions align with Salam’s enterprise architecture and technical standards.
• Work hands-on with delivery teams to configure and build the designed solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and vendors during design and implementation phases.
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies.

Must haves

• Over 10 years of relevant experience including Telecom BSS/OSS Solution Architecture.
• Hands-on architecture experience with at least two or three Oracle platforms: Oracle Siebel CRM, Oracle BRM, Oracle OSM, Oracle UIM.
• Strong understanding of integration across CRM, Ordering, Billing, Charging, and Inventory systems.
• Hands-on delivery skills to configure and build solutions alongside technical teams.
• Experience with at least one enterprise middleware platform such as Oracle Service Bus, Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft, TIBCO, or WSO2.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Design.
• Ability to develop detailed technical documentation including Solution Designs, Integration Flows, Interface Specifications, and Impact Assessments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Based in Jordan and willing to travel periodically to Saudi Arabia for workshops and project activities.

Nice to haves

• Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks like eTOM, SID, and Open APIs.
• TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture certification.
• Arabic language skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
