Job Summary

This role at EY-Parthenon Strategy involves supporting clients in making impactful strategic decisions across various sectors in the MENA region. The position focuses on delivering actionable strategies through rigorous analysis and senior-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in strategy consulting projects, translating client needs into specific tasks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients to define engagement objectives and scope alongside senior team members.
• Work primarily on strategy projects such as long-term roadmaps, growth strategies, market entry and expansion, go-to-market plans, digital transformation, commercial due diligence, and greenfield initiatives.
• Engage with clients including global corporations, governments, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds.
• Interact directly with C-Suite executives on strategic and transaction-related decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-ranking institution with excellent academic results; MBA from a top-tier business school is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategy firms.
• Experience working on major strategy projects in MENA or global markets.
• Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills suitable for a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region approximately 25-50% of the time.
