Job Summary

This role focuses on back-end development, supporting the design, development, and delivery of server-side services, APIs, data infrastructure, and telecom integration layers for the division’s solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and sales requirements to develop back-end solutions, test them, and integrate with existing systems to optimize performance.
• Monitor server and application performance to ensure smooth daily operations aligned with business objectives.
• Create technical solutions, platforms, and modifications based on business or technical demands.
• Develop programs and integration back-ends for various Business Support Systems and Customer Care Applications, including FTTH Contractors, Corporate SMS, CMS back-ends, CMS adapters, HR Solutions, Commission Engines, and CDRs back-ends.
• Collaborate with front-end and mobile developers to implement back-ends and APIs, ensuring alignment on contracts and integration points.
• Utilize programming languages and technologies such as Java, Java Spring Boot, PHP, MongoDB, MySQL, Oracle DB, REST APIs, Web Services, and microservices to build robust back-end platforms and user-facing solutions.
• Support implementation across multiple platforms and legacy software, contributing to migrations and integration tasks.
• Participate in code reviews as both author and reviewer, applying feedback to enhance technical expertise.
• Contribute to CI/CD practices by building and maintaining pipeline components and using DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch & Kibana, Prometheus & Grafana.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
