Job Summary
Lead a technical development team responsible for software development lifecycle management, system architecture design, and real-time data streaming platform development. Oversee code quality, mentor team members, and bridge technical solutions with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical development team, overseeing the software development lifecycle and delegating tasks.
- Design and develop software architecture and enterprise systems for high performance and scalability.
- Develop and manage the core platform, handling real-time data streaming systems efficiently.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices and software engineering principles such as SOLID Principles.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools and technologies into the development workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate business requirements into stable, effective technical solutions.
- Mentor team members, provide continuous technical support, and resolve complex programming challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical development teams.
- Mastery of .NET Core environment and C# programming.
- Strong, advanced experience designing and managing databases using SQL Server.
- Knowledge of real-time communication technologies including SignalR and WebSockets.
- Leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
