Job Summary
Develop sales opportunities by visiting project sites, understanding customer technical requirements, and providing engineering solutions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and support product selection and installation through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities at project sites
- Understand and analyze customer technical requirements
- Provide engineering solutions and prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Support product selection and installation processes
- Prepare site visit reports, sales reports, and opportunity reports
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, technical requirements, and commercial conditions
- Follow projects from inquiry through delivery
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC/MEP Engineering, or related technical field
- Ability to identify customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Professional communication skills with consultants, contractors, clients, procurement teams, and site engineers
- Ability to analyze site problems and provide practical and technically compliant solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Self-motivated, confident, organized, responsible, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage; CRM experience is desirable
