Technical Engineer

Job Summary

The Technical Engineer supports sales and technical operations at Delta Lighting by assisting with proposals, providing technical support, and maintaining customer relations in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Deliver technical information and product demonstrations to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure alignment.
• Offer technical assistance to customers before, during, and after sales.
• Troubleshoot technical issues under the sales account manager’s guidance.
• Stay informed about the latest lighting products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve complaints promptly.
• Prepare and manage sales records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with order processing and inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with strong knowledge of electrical products, power, and controls.
• Up to 2 years of experience in the lighting field, including fresh graduates.
• Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to take initiative with increasing responsibility.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to work with the company ERP system following established rules.
• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
