Technical Consultant – Oracle

Job Summary

EY MENA is seeking a Technical Consultant – Oracle to join its Technology Consulting team. This role involves providing technical ERP support, developing custom solutions, and designing Oracle integrations across large-scale transformation programs in the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical ERP support and resolve user-reported issues
• Develop custom ERP forms, modules, and reports aligned with architecture and coding standards
• Configure and implement standard and custom ERP modules
• Design, build, and test Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations
• Analyze business requirements with functional consultants and determine feasibility
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations for Oracle Fusion Applications
• Generate reports using BI Publisher and OTBI
• Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP development
• Minimum 2–3 projects with Oracle Fusion implementations
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, ADF, and OAF
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Knowledge of RICE/RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
• Experience with data migration tools such as FBDI, HDL, ADFDI
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with APEX, DevOps, or automation tools is an advantage
