Technical Architect

Job Summary

ASALI Engineering Consulting & Project Management seeks a Technical Architect to develop detailed architectural construction drawings and technical documentation. The role involves coordinating design information across disciplines and ensuring accurate translation of design intent into complete project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop detailed architectural construction drawings and technical documentation.
  • Produce architectural plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and drawing packages.
  • Develop and maintain architectural models and documentation using Revit.
  • Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior design, and other disciplines.
  • Review and resolve technical and interdisciplinary coordination issues.
  • Develop architectural details related to materials, finishes, façades, partitions, ceilings, flooring, wet areas, and building components.
  • Incorporate design revisions, consultant comments, and coordination updates into construction documentation.
  • Support preparation of tender and IFC drawing packages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in architectural technical design and construction drawings.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
  • Good knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Structure, and MEP.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in large-scale building projects is highly preferred.
